This event featured keynote presentations from Pat Newberry (The challenges of running a big brand consultancy firm), William Johnson (The critical conversations that consulting have with their firms) and Mike Turner and Matthew Symes (How to keep consulting engagements on track and measuring return on investment). There were also case study presentations from Grant Thornton and KPMG, two of the project winners from the 2015 MCA Awards.
This MBA&Co white paper summarises the findings of a survey which was completed by a cross section of consultancy buyers. They were asked about the relative importance of different characteristics of the buying process and how they felt their organisations rated.
