This event marked the formal launch of the good practice portal.  It also featured presentations from Chris Cooper, MD Challenge Consulting, Sarah Jayne Aldridge, Head of Indirect Services Procurement Anglo American and Paul Connolly, Director MCA Think Tank

Bringing the Blueprint to Life

This event featured case study presentations from Julia Lonsdale (Skanksa), Simon Jones (Crown Commercial Service), Emma Scott (The Co-operative) and Sarah Jayne Aldridge (Anglo American). Nigel Slater (Deloitte) talked about the Value Based Engagements, Tom Bissenden (Schroders) and Jonathan Self (Britvic) offered a procurement perspective on how to sell consulting services effectively and Janet Curran (Huthwaite International) presented the findings of a survey amongst Forum members.

Consulting Excellence

This event featured keynote presentations from Pat Newberry (The challenges of running a big brand consultancy firm), William Johnson (The critical conversations that consulting have with their firms) and Mike Turner and Matthew Symes (How to keep consulting engagements on track and measuring return on investment). There were also case study presentations from Grant Thornton and KPMG, two of the project winners from the 2015 MCA Awards.
